Refund policy
AGNI HIGH PERFORMANCE RETURN POLICY
At Agni High Performance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right. Therefore, we offer a straightforward return policy for our manufactured apparel.
1. 7 Day Return Window:
- You may return eligible items within 7days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Return:
- Unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- In its original condition with all original tags and packing intact. - Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt).
3. Non- Returnable Items:
- Due to hygiene reasons, undergarments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. Return Process – Return Authorization (RMA) Required:
- To initiate a return, please email us at customerservice@agnihighperformance.co.za with:
- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return (e.g., wrong size or defect). - Do not send items back to us without receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (MRA) number and return instructions from our customer service team. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns:
For Returns Due to Manufacturing Defect or Company Error:
- If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (e.g. wrong items shipped), we will cover the costs.
- For Returns Due to Change of Mind/Wrong Size Ordered by Customer:
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or for any reason not due to our error, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
6.Refunds and Exchanges:
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that shipping charges from your original order are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchanges: if you request an exchange for a different size or item, we will ship the replacement item once the original return is processed. (Consider charging shipping for replacement item if it’s customer-initiated exchange.)
7.Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt recommended) at customerservice@agnihighperformance.co.za with your order number and clear photos of the damage/defect. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
8. Order Cancellations/Modifications:
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled or modified. If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately.
