Our garments are often blended to combine the benefits of different materials, such as polyester-cotton blends for comfort and performance, or blends with spandex/elastane for stretch and mobility.
For orders of up to 7 pieces, it typically takes about 2 working days for dispatch from the studio. For more than 7 pieces, an additional 2 days will be added per piece. Weekends and public holidays are not considered working days.
Domestic Shipping : Once dispatched, shipping can take approximately 3-6 working days, depending on your geographical location.
International Shipping: Once dispatched, international shipping can take about 7-12 working days, depending on your geographical location. International shipping is chargeable, and you may be responsible for additional duty charges levied by your country.
Each order is typically eligible for a one-time exchange or return. Returned items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused, with all original tags attached, and returned within a specified timeframe (e.g., 7 days of the original order date). Some items marked "final sale" may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Refunds, if applicable (e.g., for defective or damaged items), are usually processed to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Wash Less Often: Airing clothes or spot-cleaning can reduce the need for frequent washing.
Washing Temperature: Wash at a maximum of 40°C (or 30°C for energy saving) using an eco-labelled detergent.
Avoid Fabric Softener: Fabric softeners can reduce the moisture-wicking ability of performance fabrics and contain substances that are difficult for nature to break down.
Preparation: Fasten zips and hook-and-loop closures to prevent snagging.
Use a Laundry Wash Bag: This protects the garment from wear and tear and helps reduce the shedding of microfibres from synthetic materials.
Drying: Avoid tumble dryers and drying cabinets. Ideally, line dry. Many golf and outdoor wear garments are made of quick-dry material.
Read the Label: Always check the specific washing instructions on the garment's hangtag.
